TYPE: Prescott Red-on-Buff

DATE: A.D. 1025 - 1400 (NAU Online Ceramic Manual 2001)

COMMON DESIGNS: Designs are like a cruder version of Tusayan Whiteware: Flagstaff Black-on-White.

KEY DIFFERENCES: Buff Slipped.

FORMS: Only jar forms have been found, usually with a "high" Gila-shoulder, occasionally with low and high shoulders creating a "double" Gila-shoulder, and rarely a Jar-in-a-bowl form.
